We reserve the right to adjust prices , offers and goods details on this website at our discretion at any time ( but not after ) we have taken payment for your order .
Ordering information
Shopping with Gus Gus Designs is designed to be a pleasure. Each section is broken down for you to be able to browse online. Once you have selected a category to view, click on that item and a larger image will appear for you to inspect a little closer. Make a note of the item, price, colour, and size you require.
Add your item/s to the shopping cart and then click check out.Please fill in your delivery and billing details . Please state your email address so we can confrim order and phone number . You will then have a choice of payment options.
If you decide to pay by credit/debit card please enter your details on our secure page. Your details are then encrypted and sent with your order to our secure processing area.
If you prefer you can also contact us if you have any queries. Please see our contact page for more details. We can take payment by most credit card or debit cards online. If you do not have a credit or debit card we can accept cheques or postal orders by post, but this will take a little longer to process.Cheques take approx 10 days to clear .
Our standard postage and packing charges are:
£74.99 or less - £3.95 anywhere in UK mainland
£75.00 or more free anywhere in UK mainland
Delivers are made by Royalmail or courier .
Exceptions
Please note that certain areas such as the Scottish Highlands , Northern Ireland and Overseas orders will be charged according to weight and destination. Please ring for a quote .

Cancellation & Returns policy
Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods please do so in accordance with our cancellation and return policy
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email at info@gusgusdesigns.co.uk .quote your order number , name and postcode .If a goods have already been dispatched please follow as instructed below .
Under the Distance selling regulations , you have the right to cancel your order for any item on this website for a full refund before the product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery .This does not apply to items made to your specifications .
If you cancel an order after product has been delivered , you , the customer , will be responsible for the safe return in good condition of the product to us , Gus Gus Designs , at your cost within 14 days of cancellation of your order .
We would advise obtaining tracking details for returned parcel .
We trust that you will be as pleased with our products as we are.
Please notify us why the item is being returned with original proof of purchase. In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty we will cover the cost of the postage and packaging for replacements. Please retain proof of posting .Returned goods must be accompanied by a return note information with order number , details of name and address and contact email , reason for return . the return address is Gus Gus designs , The Challenge , Ladyclose Avenue , Cliffe Woods , Rochester Kent ME3 8JL
You are responsible for returning the goods to us .You will be responsible for the costs of return or if appropriate , collection ( unless the goods is faulty )
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price (including an delivery costs ) less any collection charges ( if applicable ) within 30 days of our receiving the returned goods .
Show sales
Items purchased at our show stand can only be exchanged if the goods are found to be faulty and must be made available for our inspection. If the goods are no longer available a full refund will be made at our discretion. Please allow up to 28 days for your returned item to be delivered to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
